I just read an article here that just messed up my life. Apparently, in Olathe, KS, a suburb of Kansas City, their traffic conjestion is so bad on the highways and interstates that they are considering a quasi-mass transit system of buses to drive along SHOULDERS - yes, shoulders - when regular traffic gets under 35 MPH.
