Time to toss the cigs, Kansas…and the K2
Interestingly enough, my girlfriend and I ate at Ihop tonight and were immediately hit with a smell that brought us back a few years. It was the smell of cigarettes inside of a restaurant. Long banned in Missouri, Kansas is now set to do the same — not just in restaurants but in bars and workplaces.
I don’t smoke, nor do I endorse it but it seems to me that states are really cracking down on smokers. Almost unfairly? I mean, folks do have the right to smoke cigarettes, right?
In a perfect world, marijuana would be decriminalized. That’s a different story for Kansas as well. Can’t even smoke the FAKE stuff, haha. I don’t smoke this either but good lord it’s a bad time to be a smoker in the Sunflower State.
